Your role
In this role you will:
- Work closely with Deltia’s Founders and Founders Associate on various projects
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budget tracking, and expense management
- Support investor relations activities, including preparing presentations and reports
- Participate in strategic meetings and provide necessary support
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing events, and handling documentation
- Handle special projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of various initiatives
- Contribute to the growth of the Deltia team by supporting the hiring process and coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications
- Aid in the planning and execution of team retreats and other team-building activities
- Provide logistical support for strategic meetings and company events
